Volume
The amount of space your junk occupies in our trailer is one of the primary factors in determining your estimate. From single item pickups to full trailer loads, you only pay for the service you need.
Material and Weight
No tall junk costs the same to dispose of. Heavy materials such as dirt, concrete and roofing debris along with certain appliances and specialty items may require additional disposal fees.Â
Labor and Accessibility
We consider the time, equipment and man power needed to complete your projects. Stairs, long carrying distances and dismantling unusually heavy items may affect your estimate.
Location and Disposal
Travel distance, local disposal fees and any special handling requirements are considered when preparing your quote.Â

- Medical waste and other sharps
- Loose or damaged lithium batteries, and mercury containing materials
- Contaminated soil, radioactive materials, and infectious waste
